The short version
Tsitska is not released yet, and this site sells nothing. The SWIFT codes and exchange rates here are republished from their official sources to be useful, not to be relied on for a payment: check with your bank. Joining the launch list means one email from us and obliges nobody to anything.
Who we are
This site is run by the operator of tsitska.com (“Tsitska”, “we”). You can reach us at [email protected].
What this site is
The site tells about Tsitska, a product in development, and carries a few free reference pages. It offers no service, has no accounts and takes no payments. Nothing on it is an offer to enter into a contract. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not, please do not use it.
The launch list
Leaving your email address asks us to tell you when Tsitska launches. It is not an order, a reservation or a contract. What the site says about the product describes our plans, and plans change: we promise no launch date, no feature and no price. You can leave the list at any time by writing to us. What happens to your address is in the privacy policy.
Reference data
SWIFT codes come from the ISO 9362 registry of business identifier codes, and exchange rates from the National Bank of Georgia. We show them as they were published and say of what date. They may be out of date, incomplete or wrong, here or at the source.
Nothing on the site is financial, legal or tax advice. Before you send money, confirm the details with your bank or with the person you are paying; before you use a rate in your books or a tax return, check it with the National Bank.
Fair use
Please do not try to break the site, get into what is not public, or load it with automated requests in a way that gets in the way of other visitors. We may limit or block access that does.
Our content and other people's marks
The text, the design and the code of the site are ours. You may quote from the site and link to it; please do not pass it off as your own.
SWIFT is a registered trademark of S.W.I.F.T. SC and belongs to its owner. Tsitska is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by S.W.I.F.T. SC or by any institution listed on this site. All other names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. A link to another site is not an endorsement of it, and we do not answer for what is there.
Liability
The site is free and is provided as it is, without a warranty of any kind: that it is accurate, that it is always available, that it suits your purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a loss that comes from using the site or relying on what it shows — a payment sent to the wrong account, a figure taken from a rate. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. A dispute we cannot settle between us goes to the courts of Tbilisi. If you are a consumer, the rights the law of your own country gives you and does not let a contract take away stay with you.
Changes
We may change these terms; the date at the top changes with them. When Tsitska launches, the terms of the product will take this page's place.
